However, after almost completing my DFNP, I realized I needed to do some inner work. After pouring myself into everything self-development, I finally figured it out.

What The Heck is Manifesting?
Manifestation is the act of focusing your energy on something to draw it in. We often think about manifesting bringing in good things, things that we want. But that is not always the case. If you focus your energy on something negative not happening, 9 times out of 10, it’s gonna happen.
I can tell you that from experience. I am amazing at manifesting (good and bad). I didn’t realize this until a ton of bad shit started happening to me and I had an ah-ha moment that these bad things were all I was thinking about for the last month, so yes, I called this in.
You may be listening or reading this episode because you want to manifest money or manifest love. The options are endless. Yet, if you do not focus your energy on the positive and reframe your thinking, these positive things will never come to you. Negative fear-based energy confuses the high powers and you end up like me…
a dump truck load of shit to sift through.
So Let’s focus on what we want to call in and then start taking some action toward these things. If you need a little help figuring out what you want, I suggest checking out my clarity journal. Using The Stepping Stone System to Achieve Your Goals
Using manifestation is extremely powerful but it’s also a two-way street. You need to be prepared and start taking action steps, so that when it comes, you are ready. Many of us like to use manifestation to bring in more money or a new career but you can’t just ask, you will need to do a couple of things first.
You need to be extremely clear when asking for what you want. You can’t just say a new career, cause ya might end up with a job loss and working in fast food (thats a new career right). Be clear. I want to start a new career as a life coach working with women who want to up-level and change their lives. See very clear.
Next, you have to take action. You can start by working the stepping stone system and setting goals that will get you to this lifestyle. So creating a business (LLC), making a website, and starting an Instagram page.
You get it.
Ask for what you want in a very clear method and then use my system to plan your goals and start taking action.
Mindset Shifts For Manifesting
Mindset is everything. When you are manifesting you want to call in the energy of already having this thing. Here are a few questions you can answer to help you start…
How will you feel when you get that new job?
How does you life feel now that the money has come?
Can you see your checking account balance growing, how does it feel when you pay your bills now?
You have to act like those things you are asking for have already happened and focus on that energy.
I have started to find this energy in my everyday life. For example, I see my future self being calm with no worries because everything I need is already here for me. So I have started to use this statement “everything I need is already here, there is no need to worry”. I like to use this statement during my breath work to help bring this energy into my everyday practices. Focusing on the feelings that theses manifestations will bring you and find them in your everyday activities is a big part of being able to see the manifestations as they come into your life.
More Than Just Energy
Yes, you need to be clear on what you are asking for. You need to plan out your action steps and start moving towards them. You need to find the energy of already having “this” in your everyday life. Yet, the work is not done.
Here are a few other tips that I have when it comes to manifesting.
1)thinking about it in a positive mindset, no negative thoughts around what you are asking for. If some thoughts are coming through that you don’t like, you must sit with them and just work through the process of acknowledging and reframing those thoughts. Ignoring the beast in the room does nothing but hold you back from your dreams.
2) Work on your knowing. No matter how impossible this dream that you are manifesting is, you need to know deep down that this is coming to you. You are worthy of this and you will get it.
3) Repetition is the key. Using tools like a vision board will help bring the manifestations into view daily. Journaling about them or setting alarms can also be helpful. Check out my episode on vision boards for more.
Finally, I want to tell you that it’s okay to be going through the rough shit right now, hell I am. We are all. Just take your time and recover but don’t waste away here. You are a powerful beining and not a victim, take action no matter how small, just take one step forward.
